Your Registration
You will need to register with us for booking free abacus session. You will need to provide a valid email so we can send you the confirmation of free abacus session time been booked successfully.
We reserve the right to cancel the free abacus session with prior notice if you violate these terms and conditions or if we decide, in our sole discretion.
Use of Online Booking Service You may only use the Online Registration Service if you are at least 18 years of age and can enter into binding contracts (our site is not available for use by minors). You may only use the OnlineRegistration Service to make legitimate appointments.
We will use our reasonable commercial efforts to keep the OnlineRegistration Service available on a 24 hour/7days a week basis, subject to necessary scheduled downtime for maintenance, unscheduled maintenance and system outages. Your access to our OnlineRegistration Service may not be uninterrupted or available at all times. We cannot promise that our Online Registration Service will be error-free, that defects or errors will be corrected or that our site or the servers that make it available are free from viruses or other harmful components. You will not use any device, software or routine that interferes or attempts to interfere with the normal operation of this site or take any action that imposes an unreasonable load on our computer equipment.
Parents who drive should arrive early to find a car parking space in an appropriate parking area. If free abacus session is missed, the student will be registered as absent. The student will be unable to make up this at any other times and under no circumstances are eligible for a any form of refund.
No cameras or video recording equipment are allowed in class, except with written permission. I give consent/we give consent for my child/children to be included in photographs and videos taken by Lets Do Abacus. All photographs and videos taken are copyright of Lets Do Abacus for all publicity material. Lets Do Abacus reserves the right to alter the times and days of the free abacus session.
Lets Do Abacus accepts no responsibility for any accident, loss or injury sustained by any person, to themselves or their property/personal belongings. The student/parent/guardian is responsible of informing Lets Do Abacus of any change in personal contact details.
PRIVACY POLICY
We take privacy seriously and at any time, you may request a copy of information we have recorded about you. You may also request we remove all identifiable information with respect to yourself. As a matter of course, we will delete your identifiable information if you decided not to enrol with our with us after 14 days for you free abacus session.
Once you have decided to enrol with us, we will ask for any existing medical condition of the student. For any changes in the class timing or in any emergency situation, we will contact you via phone, email or SMS for the information purpose only.
